 Born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania but an avid  world traveler Luisa Ocasio has found joy in the tragedies and beauty of life. Music is the frequency that causes unity and love on the planet and this is the way that Luisa connects with people. As a 22 year army veteran and a mother of 2 wonderful young adults Luisa enjoys Zumba, bandz workouts, yoga and circuit mobility training. 

Connecting with Self is one of the greatest joys that I have learned in life! I specialize in helping you recognize your greatness. Regardless of your  shape, size, height, weight or perceived notions of yourself I’m here to assist you in finding your Awesome!
