Join us every Saturday (weather permitting) 10am at Carl Levin Park in Harker Heights. The whole family is welcomed to come. Please let us know if you have a mat when you register so we can provide one if you don’t.
Join us every Monday and Wednesday June 24th - July 31 5pm-6pm. These classes will work through the foundations of yoga, posture, meditation, and also go over nutrition.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practice that adapts traditional yoga poses and stretches to be performed while sitting on a chair or using it for support.
